Where is the airshow located?

450 Wallenberg Drive at the Natchitoches Regional Airport terminal.

How much is admission?

There is no charge for admission or for parking.

What time will the main gate open?

The airshow starts at 12pm, noon. Gates will open to the public at 10:00 AM.

Will audience members be allowed to leave and come back?

Spectators can come and go as they please.

What about parking?

Free parking will be provided adjacent to the airport behind the National Guard Armory and on the Fairgrounds. Parking attendants and signage will direct traffic. After Parking, walk to one of two entrance gates that are nearby.

Are pets allowed?

For safety reasons, no pets are allowed. Please contact the Wings Over Natchitoches to make arrangements for any service animal.

Will disabled parking be available?

Yes. It will be available at Natchitoches Central  High School with a free shuttle bus service provided to and from the airport. Also, a designated parking area will be available adjacent to the rodeo arena on a first come first served basis. Admission will be authorized by the police officer at the rodeo arena entrance.

Are there restrictions for children?

For safety reasons, all children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. 

Should I bring my own seating?

Yes. It is highly recommended that spectators bring their own seating. Areas for placement of portable seating will be available on the asphalt ramp and grassy areas adjacent to the ramp.

Should I bring sun protection?

Yes. Limited shaded areas will be available in the service hangar. Hats and sunscreen are a must!

What if it rains?

Every effort will be made to provide a complete performance. In the event of inclement weather, the show may be delayed or interrupted for a period of time.

Will ice chests or outside food and drinks be allowed?

No.

Will alcohol be allowed?

No.

Will food and drink be available?

Yes. Concessions will be available in the main service hangar near the announcer’s stand.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed inside any buildings, hangars, or on or near the ramp area. Please look for the designated smoking area.

Are firearms permitted?

No.

Will vendors be allowed?

No outside vendors are allowed.

Are video recording devices allowed?

Yes. Excluding the operation of drones. Drones are not allowed on or in the immediate vicinity of the airport.
